• Project delays caused by the client (e.g., missing content, unresponsiveness).
• Client dissatisfaction due to lack of clear communication or requirement changes mid-project.
• Third-party software or service failures not under our control.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Final Decision

All refund requests will be reviewed by our billing department. The final decision will be communicated via email. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
